I've had the pleasure of participating in several of Dr. Regina's vision board workshops and I've thoroughly enjoyed every session. I've experienced her workshops in both professional and spiritual atmospheres and they do not disappoint. I love that Dr. Regina is so organized and every detail is so intentional to provoke you to really delve into and visualize your goals. The best part about her workshops is that they don't end when you've completed your vision board and walk out the door with your written vision, but it's the monthly check-ins and the follow-up that she includes with every session.
